Our goal has been to make this simple: you can start, pause and end your membership online. We do not have a reception or limited opening hours; you can work out whenever you want – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Fressi 24h Arabia 135 is a big gym with more than a thousand square metres in the quality-focussed Arabia135 block (please note that 24-hour access is through the shopping centre’s Arabiankatu end)! We offer excellent facilities for precisely your fitness level and an enjoyable gym experience. The centre’s limited customer numbers guarantee a quiet workout environment without waiting and stress – which benefits you both mentally and physically!
